We ask that all orders are made by 12pm the day prior.

We offer free delivery for catering needed in the following places;

Boxhill Hospital

5 Arnold street, Boxhill

Peter James Centre, Burwood East

Eastern Health, Wantirna

Trading Times

Monday through Friday 7:00am-6:30pm

Same Day Orders

Have a last minute catering order? Get in touch with us ASAP and we will do our best to make it happen.

Cancellations

Cancellation fees will occur if specific product has been purchased for you order. We require 24 hours notice on all cancelations. Fees may apply.

Order Amendments

We will always do our best to accommodate any alterations to your catering orders. For large changes to numbers we need it by 12pm the day prior.

Pricing and Payments

Jorge & Co Reserves the right to alter menu pricing and services. All of our pricing is including GST.

The following methods of payment are accepted: Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard. All payments should be processed through our website while completing your catering order. If you are account holder, invoices will be sent through to your accounts department.

Refunds

In the very rare occurrence that you might be unhappy with your order, please notify us asap with your concerns so we can rectify any problems you have immediately. If you have received incorrect items or are missing items please notify us in writing within 24 hours of your delivery being made.

Any claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted. In the case that a refund is agreed upon it will be processed within 7 business days from the delivery date.
